Najczęstsze kroki konfiguracyjne

  1. Sprawdź zasilanie, czujniki temperatury, ciśnienie instalacji i obecność pelletu w zasobniku.
  2. Połącz sterownik z lokalną siecią WiFi albo z jego punktem dostępu.

First setup

Common configuration steps

  1. Check power, temperature sensors, installation pressure and pellet level.
  2. Connect the controller to local WiFi or to its access point.
  3. Open the controller web panel and check status, alerts, clock and key readings.
  4. Set the cloud service address, generate a pairing token and pair the app with the controller ID.
  5. Check synchronization of status, alerts, schedules and pellet data.

WiFi, access point and web panel

Home network

  • the controller receives an IP address from the router,
  • the web panel is available at `http://CONTROLLER_IP/`,
  • the IP address can be checked in the web panel, HMI or diagnostics.

Access point

  • if the controller cannot connect to WiFi, it can expose its own network,
  • the name usually has the `PelletController-XXXX` format,
  • after connecting to AP, open the web panel and configure WiFi.

Parowanie

W aplikacji wpisz ID sterownika oraz token wygenerowany w panelu WWW sterownika.

Status

Aplikacja pokazuje tryb pracy, temperatury, ciśnienie, moc, alarmy, wyjścia i stan pelletu.

Synchronizacja

Zmiany z aplikacji, panelu WWW i panelu lokalnego powinny być spójne po odświeżeniu danych.

Pairing and data synchronization

Pairing

Enter the controller ID and token generated in the controller web panel.

Status

The app shows operating mode, temperatures, pressure, power, alerts, outputs and pellet state.

Synchronization

Changes from app, web panel and local panel should remain consistent after data refresh.

Alarm wraca

Przyczyna zwykle nadal występuje. Usuń problem techniczny, schłódź urządzenie jeśli trzeba i dopiero skasuj alarm.

Troubleshooting

Common situations

Boiler does not start

Check standby state, active alerts, room thermostat, pellet, pressure and sensor readings.

No heating

Check summer/winter mode, holiday mode, room thermostat and heating pump start temperature.

No hot water

Check DHW mode, active schedule zone, boiler temperature and current tank temperature.

Outdated app data

Check phone Internet, cloud status, controller WiFi and current state in the web panel.

Alert returns

The cause is usually still present. Fix the technical issue, cool the unit if needed and then clear the alert.

Pellet or cost mismatch

Check hopper level, capacity, low threshold, pellet price and feeder output calibration.

Pellet and service

What to check for fuel consumption

  • Hopper level: after refilling, confirm the amount so the controller can calculate level and costs correctly.
  • Low threshold: set the warning threshold so the app and web panel notify early enough.
  • Feeder output: after changing pellet or feeder service, run the test and enter the weighed amount.
  • SD archive: when an SD card is active, the controller can keep daily statistics archive.
